On your scheduled Website Launch Intensive day, we begin with a collaborative kickoff session where we review your brand direction, visual style, and overall goals for the site. I’ll refine the design direction and create a cohesive visual foundation so you can clearly see the look and feel of your website before the full build begins. Once the homepage design is approved, I move into building out the remainder of your site — ensuring consistency, functionality, and mobile optimization throughout. You’ll have opportunities for quick feedback and refinements as everything comes together.
By the end of the day, your website is fully designed and nearly ready to launch.

Before design day ever begins, we lay the foundation for a smooth and successful build. You’ll complete your onboarding materials — your “prep work” — where you’ll provide your website copy, brand assets, images, and inspiration. This allows us to get fully aligned on your vision, goals, and overall direction ahead of time. During this phase, I map out your site structure and prepare everything behind the scenes so that when your intensive day arrives, we’re ready to focus entirely on creating your website.

Can I update the website myself after it’s finished?
That’s completely okay. During the preparation phase, you’ll complete a guided questionnaire that helps clarify your style, goals, and preferences. I’ll use your inspiration and brand direction to create a cohesive design that fits your business while still feeling uniquely you.
What if I don’t know exactly what I want my website to look like?
Yes! You’ll review and approve the homepage design before the rest of the site is built. There will be opportunities for quick feedback and refinements throughout the day to ensure everything feels aligned with your vision.
Will I be able to give feedback during the design day?

Yes! Website Launch Intensives work beautifully for redesigns. As long as the project fits within the page limit and doesn’t require advanced custom functionality, we can refresh and elevate your existing site.
Can I add more pages later?
Definitely. Your website is built to grow with your business. Additional pages can be added anytime, and I also offer page design add-ons if you’d like support expanding your site in the future.
What platform will my website be built on?
All of my websites are built on a platform called Showit. This is the easiest platform for a user (in my opinion) to continue making edits to after we work together! After the build, I send over a detailed video walking you through the backend and how/where to edit everything!
What happens after I apply?
- I’ll review your project to make sure we’re a good fit.
- You’ll receive available design dates to choose from.
- After signing your contract and paying your retainer, your onboarding materials and prep guide are delivered.
Then we officially reserve your Website Launch Intensive date!
What if I’m not ready with my materials in time?
Because this is a scheduled intensive, all prep materials must be submitted before your design day. If materials aren’t completed, your session may need to be rescheduled to ensure the best possible outcome for your website.
